3. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and under the conditions displayed during checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm that the order has been accepted for fulfillment or dispatch.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will provide the applicable refund.

MIA MILLER™ operates an international fulfillment model.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees of arrival on a specific date unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.

Processing times, international transportation, customs procedures, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the disclosed timeframe and comply with applicable shipping and consumer protection requirements.
